That's a diferent car. A Vauxhall is a rebadged Opel 1:1. Same type approval code for both brands. The Captiva would be entirely different.

Not the way it works. It's an Opel with a badge. It's the exact same car, exact same type approval, exact same spec sheet. It's not foreign market.
Vauxhall was never offered in Poland, so it's foreign market.
Why not? Vauxhall was never sold in Europe unlike United Kingdom.
