HMA is very rare. Only HMA K*** serie is issuing. I don't know why not U# *****. This secret service belongs to Ministry of National Defence.

And there is no tag for first plates in polish interface.

Sorry, I didn't know it, previously I advised the same to 442. Then what is the correct procedure for the users in these cases, to report it as error?

Yes, they should do it in this case.
However, this tag is not applied to the first Polish plates with specified prefix. This tag ("the first plate in series") is applied in galleries, where numbering formats are more simple and stable, with use of variable serial letters (Russian, Kazakh, Hungarian, Lithuanian, French SIV, Italian (car LPs of 1994 year series)).
Term "series" may not be applied to several numbering formats in Polish gallery. It may not be also applied to Swiss, old Italian, 1900 year Spanish plates.
