Since April 2021 all red plates in Austria have the Euroband (prior to 2021, the plates were issued without the Euroband). You can just buy two of the red plates, it's no problem. But putting them in the front and back and drive around would be not legal in Austria and you could be 100% sure, Police would stop you.
