Yes, but also the plates need to be given back to the Ministry of Transport. And if the car is to be on the road again in the future then it needs to get a new plate. This usually happens abroad when a vehicle got plates from a different country

Yes, but also the plates need to be given back to the Ministry of Transport. And if the car is to be on the road again in the future then it needs to get a new plate. This usually happens abroad when a vehicle got plates from a different country
