We were at the right place at the right time. My mom find out she drove to fast on a strecth speed camera. So we decided to stop, making me get great shot of front and back of one of, if not the only one Andorran car in Norway right now

It absolutely wouldn't surprise me if it is the only car from the little Andorra in Norway right now

? You've spotted a Turkish truck and it's already a rare spot. A car with a Turkish plate should be much rare than that. I'm really sad for you , hope you spot one in the future!

There was a time in early-mid July that about 50% of all Norwegian flights was cancelled because of a flight strike going on in the "SAS" company. Therefor a lot of Norwegians then took their trip by car this year to their holiday destinations, leading to as a visible example on this website a lot of Norwegian spots in Italy this summer
It didn't seem like you got any more Norwegian spots than common, but It's probably hard in a city with a population of millions

I've spotted three Norwegian plates in summer, I've shared one of them and due to my spot surplus they're waiting to be uploaded soon
. But it's so hard to find Scandinavian countries in Turkey however I've spotted a lot Swedish plates and also some Finnish plates (like 5 for now) which I've spotted my first one last year. And yes it's hard but you have a lot chance to spot them because tourists rarely visit outside of İstanbul or other tourist areas like İzmir, Antalya with a car, however you have a chance to find some motorhomes.
