Thanks for your comment, I agree with you! PlatesMania is very quality-centered, that's why I asked to see his photo first before letting him replace. I don't mind losing an Abu Dhabi plate from my personal gallery (although I don't see any in my home country, Austria) but I don't want it to be a quality downgrade.

At least get to the bottom of my comment, and then start the discussion. You're confusing warm with soft. Although, it's useless to talk about such things with people like you. You have your own position, and I have mine. That is begging for a good-quality photo to be replaced is at least disrespectful to the work of other users. End of story.

OK, that's your position. Everyone has their own one. I'll try to get the point of it to you again. Because in this case, it's not about keeping both views, it's a little different. I am more than sure that if BAW was asked to replace the front view, in which the pillar slightly ruined the picture, he would agree. But asking for a replacement of a completely high-quality photo, at the risk of losing the front view later due to such eager replacements, is not correct and disrespectful.

You really can't keep out of any discussion, can you? And again, you are completely missing the point.
I would have let PSK replace if he had a good photo, but he didn't even make the effort to comment it here, so it actually seems to be not that big of a deal to him to upload this car. Furthermore, he seems to be regularly in London, where such cars can easily be found, while I am living in Austria, where they are almost impossible to find. Still, I would let him replace if the quality is matching the one of this photo. So tell me again how this is selfish of me.

From what argument in this discussion did you come to the conclusion that I only care about likes? This is just completely made up here. In fact, I mainly care about quality. This is my priority on this site. If yours is likes or statistics then that's fine, everybody can have different points of focus.
