Does anyone know if Albanian plates have alphabetical order, or if you can buy whatever number you want? I see that in normal series, AB and AC are done and that the highest one I saw is AD 010 EB. But I remember that there's another weird combination (ME *** CO, as I remember)

Yes, they have. Highest serial plate is AD. Other plates are all personalized which has been allowed last year. They can either fully personalize a plate or choose the cheaper option, to semi-personalize (like this case).

I don't think that they're supported on site this period. I see from a site that since those plates became a thing: "The most expensive license plate was "ZZ77ZZ" license plate sold for 430,000 ALL, followed by "7ZZZ7" license plate and "1K1NG" license plate". If you see something like that, you must upload it first at forum. The only personalized plates that they're allowed, have the standard XX 000 XX format

They have been quote on quote "relocated". You'll often find the locks with holes in them for some bizarre reason, and also missing the VIN numbers. But thats probably just a wild coincidence. Top Gear did an Albania special, they talk about it briefly lol
