It's mostly used either to bring people from the nearer foreign countries (Italy, Germany,...) back to Austria, who are member of the ÖAMTC, it's the Austrian automobile club. You can pay for an annual insurance, then they'll bring you back, where ever in the world you are.
Either with this car if it's drivable (and you are in a drivable condition), or they'll send an ambulance jet and then they'll pick you up with this car and bring you to the hospital
