I'm not sure they are still common in Ukraine. Moreover, we still have hot enough required typoes of plates in European sections, which are still actual and being issued.
I can't predict will some discontinued types of plates be ever added to the gallery. If plates become obsolete, they are not sentenced to be added anyway.

Это дело относительное). Можно слить свои архивы, грубо за неделю/месяц, а потом обозревать также неделям/месяцами одни и те же фото в ленте, а можно лить по немногу но регулярно и ежедневно тем самым поддерживая галерею живой и растягивая удовольствие для себя.
Лично я выбрал второй путь) У меня порядка 2 тыс фото из Тасмании, у пользователя 320d порядка тысячи, и он ещё не начинал)

In my opinion, bear-shaped plates should be issued in Nunavut instead of NWT, because major part of polar bear population habitate in Nunavut now, after splitting from NWT.
