Yh ure right, most probably NATO staff as the HQ are only 5 minutes away from Diegem! No special plates for EU and NATO since some years ... btw I‘m driving with a CD plate

I saw an Atlas like this in January this year. Can't remember the exact day though. It had Spanish diplomatic plates TA 304 003. Unfortunately, some cars blocked my view and I couldn't spot the Atlas
