Nice trailer from Vidin Province!
I rarely spot trucks from Vidin Province, so it was cool to spot this one at sunset!

Well,this fact has obviously logical explanation that you seldom spot trucks with BH plates - Vidin Province iis the smallest province (oblast) by population in Bulgaria for information- just only 84 868 people live in it (2018 Census)!I also do from time to time spot vehicles from Vidin,so I share the same thinking like yours!
Only 11 series have passed there (for cars,now the 12th AK still runs,it will end soon although,respectively next to come is AM of course) and also Vidin is one of the "slowest" provinces, a serie passes for a year-year and a half usually (but when the so called "migrations" from one oblast to an another one had became non-mandatory,it is predicted that the temp will go for nearly 3 years per serie!
