It was the first and the last cool photo from one-day-transit in Bulgaria.
But I visited country at the Day of independence and there were festivals everywhere. There was a risk of getting to a closed border.

It probably doesn't travel a lot outside of Silistra. I have been looking for a plate like that for a while, but I have only found regular CC **** CC.
Also yes, out of all EU countries Bulgaria probably has the most right-hand drive cars per person. Imports from the UK are not rare.
