It's very interesting to see! My guess is that they took the car in part-exchange for something and put it on the forecourt to sell, and going through the preparation stages the sticker was added. I would imagine it was sold without warranty. This is becoming more common to see in the UK now, garages keeping cars from an exchange and selling them on their forecourts. It used to be that if the car was a different brand then it was sold to an auction house or another local dealer of that brand, but with the automotive market becoming more volatile, dealers will sell anything they can!
