Quite a rare series, too, as I'm surprised how for such a low number, the plate's not an oldstyle issue (ellipse, instead of rectangle), as that was the case for most provinces in Bulgaria until the new style in '99, so, most probably

Thank you! I knew you'd like this one. It certainly looked like quite a weird plate/format, I wonder if many motorcycle plates from Pleven were issued, particularly of this pre-EU format, and if so, if any of them were issued with the oldstyle oval plates!
