In the end it's still a Porsche 911 with the same quality and dynamics, so I'm kind of glad to see its getting more attention and love nowadays. Althought it was probably a perk for a lot of people wanting to get into 911's that the general dislike for the 996 was keeping prices lower.

I agree 100% - I've actually grown to love the 996 and certainly think i'll explode in popularity over time!
