what a weird spot! Not sure if this Quebec plate really belongs to the Ford or a Belgian citizen fitted it to show off?? Sorry for the quality but light conditions were very strange and the pic was too overexposed.

That plate is fake, however it might be a home-made duplicate because Quebec is a one-plate province. Unfortunately I do not know of any way to look up Quebec plates to find out the truth behind this picture.
