No, it's not Borgward RS.
Looks like a kit car though I'm not really sure which one. If you'll take a closer look the front badge says MKM or something like that but I could not find anything with that name and looks a bit like Ginetta G4 or G27 replica.

I finally found out what it is! That is a 1999 Milan Roadster T2, apparently there are just 3 of them in the world!
