Another interesting diplomatic plate! 036 is an unknown code, but all of the 036 plates on the site (until now) are based in Geneva/Vaud. 036 is possibly the code for GAVI (Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization), as I saw several 036 plates parked in front of their HQ in Geneva. This spot is definitely reinforcing this hypothesis, as Basel is a pharmaceutical hub!
