No, I think that less than 1/3 of all the swiss ambulances are big American models, the others are VW Transporter or Mercedes Vito/Sprinter. In Sion we have a Ford Econoline!

Alright, in Germany mostly all ambulances are Mercedes Sprinter and VW Transporter. Sometimes we have Mercedes E-Classes with a higher roof, they look a bit like a hearse.

In Hungary, the only "small" ambulance cars are the remaining, more than 10 years old Toyota Hiaces.  :) After them, only bigger models came: Mercedes Sprinter, Ford Transit, and since last year, VW Crafter.
