The back plate is an actual front plate, removed from the Lamborghini (I saw him do it). It is my understanding the plates are shared between the cars also. This means he cannot put the long plate on the back from the Lamborghini, so has a sticker plate on the front and uses the actual front plate on the back because of size limitations...

It isn't allowed to use them at the same time, obviously. From my understanding this guy doesn't give too much about that rule, using multiple cars with the same plates. Maximum is 2 cars with the same plate, obviously. Nontheless, great find  :)!
