So thats why I saw few trucks that had JIM logo on the front grille.

That's right.
And Isuzu also sells a cheap version of its D-Max with a smaller diesel engine like this JMCG/JIM Ruimai.
Qingling Motors (the Chongqing-based Isuzu partner) also sells its own version of the last gen D-Max.
