It seems to be a modified W221,not W222……
In China,some car rental shops purchased old W221 and modified their exterior so that they look like W222 and even W223……Most of them are used for wedding car rental services……

It is also very common in Uzbekistan. Local craftsmen take 140, 220 and turn them into 222/223 and even Maybaсhs!
I think this is also quite common in the rest of the CIS countries.

Да есть такие умельцы, которые во что угодно твой 140 превратят.
Однако его строгие линии будут выдавать 140 в любом новом проекте. Это только для энтузиастов будет явно.
