The 'error reporting system' is marked here in the site as a red button with triangle inside that is located at the right side of the photo, below the Likes button. There, you instead write your make/model corrections in that opened error reporting field.
Additionally, if you've reached a certain level of honor in which I believe starting from Curator+, you can instead quietly edit and correct the info of any user's photos by your own if they made mistakes, with the unlocked green button with a pencil inside, right next to the 'error reporting system' button.
