Since December 1992 by FAW 2nd Factory, through SKD form. Model name as "Audi 100-4", powered by a 2.6 V6 engine and 5-speed manual gearbox. Power output is smaller than international version, as 139PS instead of 150PS. Sold as RMB 438,000 at that time.
