If you look closely at the rear plate, you can read year and month off the red sticker, which indicates when the last state inspection was taken minus 2 years, which should give you a very rough estimate of how long it's been abandoned.

The Google Street View shows the Octavia in 2018 too, but at that time it was few metres away from the place where it has been parking for some years.
