I checked with a local SAAB group on Facebook. It wasn't easy to see from that angle, but it must be a SAAB 90 due to the air outlet valve on the rear car roof pole, that is on the 99 but not on the 90. There is also a longer rear side window, which tells it's a 90. Also the parcel shelf and the seat belt rolls are different from 99. Even the badge on the bonnet says this is a 90...   !;)
