Prague's codes aren't actually regional, as every code starting with A (AB-AZ) is from Prague. AA codes were issued to government officials only, I believe. 3-letter codes were omitted in the series of AA (AAA-AAZ), AF (AFA-AFZ), AI (AIA-AIZ), and AJ (AJA-AJZ). I never found why. The ALA-ALC series were the last to be issued in Prague in 2002, leaving ALD-AZZ unused. The AEF series was the only one with F as the last letter (in Prague, anyway)

im sorry for confusing you. Through ,,new regional code unlocked'' i meant its my first AL plate, not the region. Again, im sorry for confusing you, i changed it to new code unlocked, not regional.
