This isn't actually a "non-standard" plate, it's a 1960-style reissued in a 2004 format, which can be done on request if the original plate is damaged.

But I guess the tag is as good as any if we want to differentiate these re-issues somehow.

Oh i didnt know this. Though I found out, this is a fake US-Spec too. I got this information from kontrola VIN.

Oh, good job. I just looked it up as well, and the car is even on its #firstOwner!

A few days ago, I saw some young guy do something very similar to his car. Two-row plates on front and rear. However, he also put two American license plates on the back of his car, which might have been what caught the attention of the police that pulled him over.
