The first LP in new look - from 1.1.2015 are Czech LPs issued without green sticker and on older LPs will be green sticker gradually removed.

Yes, from 1.1.2015 is emission test part of technical inspection, therefore are green stickers useless.

There was a similar change at us in 2010, but the second sticker remained, because it shows the emission class of the vehicle.
I saw a 4AL plate this week, also with one sticker, but I couldn't take a photo.
