One of the last plates without euroband from Vizovice district (series 2Z1 9654 - 2Z1 9985), plate issued in june 2005.  :drink:

Cool!  :) At first I thought that the plate might be transferred. Are plate transfers allowed in CZ?

Only dealers plates can be legally transferred. The only thing, that is valid from 1.1.2015 is that you don't need to change plates if you buy car with plates from different region than you live. But from 1.1.2016 are prepared some changes and finaly will be issued individual plates!  :dance:

PS: I made a mistake - series 2Z1 9645 - 2Z1 9985

What will they look like? Completely Individualisable or still with regions, similar to Austria or Slovakia?

It's still not 100% certain, but probably completly individualisable, without any regional coding, similar to LV, LT and EE plates.
