The place is called "Teufelsbrücke" (devil's bridge), a very scenic place (just type "Teufelsbrücke Andermatt" on Google Image and you'll see), this road is very important because it's on the way to Gothardpass, one of the main roads between North and South Europe (which explains the amazing variety of foreign plates you see there!)

Interesting that a place whose plates are so (relatively) rare to spot is such a good place for spotting
