Для них есть особый тип номеров, на форуме есть специальная ветка, посвящённая им (здесь). Если погулять по окраинам Висбадена, можно найти пару-тройку таких номеров

I don't speak Russian, so you might need a translator, sorry for that. These cars come from Ramstein Airbase in KL District, which is the biggest US Army Base outside the US. There are almost 50.000 thousand people living and working there. These cars used to have their own plates codes, like HK, but now they use the standard codes of the districts they are based in. However, they still use Dealer and Export Plates that are different from the German standard. The base is about 50 km from where I live, so it's very common to see them here.

Раньше, до 2006 года, на их автомобили выдавались особые номера с синей полосой слева, на которой вместо символа ЕС располагался символ НАТО, а вместо кода Германии (D) был код США (USA).
