Looks like this is just for decoration  :) I suppose it had an US plate at the back?

Giving that it is a US-Spec car and it is too old to be imported to the USA, it's definitely just a license plate for decoration, not belonging to the vehicle.

Oh yeah, for sure. I think this one did have a US plate at the back. I don't know why the model and make of the car was removed, but it is clearly for decoration. I've seen a couple of them in New York.

If the plate is not legally registered to the vehicle it is on, it should be uploaded as a "License plate without vehicle", not the brand and model of the car.
