According to the rules, there is actually no obligation to specify the date of your picture, it is however an unwritten "tradition" to write the year of the picture if is not recent
So the choice is yours!

It also could been answered with a simple "Yes" ;) Well, I can tell how - take it from autogespot and crop the bottom with the logo (exactly what you did with this one). Ok, it's yours, you can do what you want with it. I just tried to be helpful with my first comment, but then twice you told it's taken at around the time of upload, when it's 3 years before that. Yeah, you have lots of photos, you can forget when were they taken, fine. But just tell so (that you don't remember). Only after astonkas posted the link I noticed the bottom's missing, so I asked if it's really yours. There's also one photo where someone asked if you have higher res and could show it, you answered that you have, but later you told you found another on autogespot and posted that. I might be too detailed or suspicious, but when it all adds up, something just... doesn't seem quite right.

Lol link me where I told someone for higher res, I don't give out any of my photos unless it's paid or to friends. Just because it's cropped doesn't mean I took it from the site, just means I cropped it fella. If you're so worried the photos aren't mine contact an Admin and I can have a talk with him ;) I've already talked to a bunch of Mods etc. on here and sent them my pictures and they're satisfied with the fact they're mine. Feel free to go on a witchhunt if you want, but you won't find anything on here that's stolen. If you wanna snoop around and doubt any higher quality photos feel free fella.

I never said anything was stolen, I just asked. And in last comment (which explained why I asked) I told photos are yours. (I even found your another photo original here, and edited version you uploaded somewhere else.) We're done with that.
Just don't lie that you didn't take this from your autogespot account (again, your photo, your right to take it wherever you want from). Somehow you needed to crop only the bottom and only to exact place where logo would end. Coincidence, you'd say. Come on.

Or, maybe, just maybe, I selected all my old ass photos from my drive, cropped one, and then cropped the rest? I know it's a crazy idea, cropping photos all at once. Just because something seems like it is something, doesn't mean it is buddy. And once again, you said I'd send someone a full res picture and didn't, wanna link me to that?
Also if you look at my other photos, they're all cropped identically, because the first photo was 4x3 and the rest were already 16x9 on import, so the crop just happens to look like that fella. Think at the end of the day, you should relax and look for actual stolen photos if that's your passion.
