I suppose, KH UA letters mean: Kharkiv, Ukraine. And 91 - the year of independence

Таврия в Германии - впечатлило. И номер прекрасный, и машинка жовто-блакитная!!! Очень патриотично, хозяин - молодец! Только почему надпись "ПТН ПНХ" красно-синяя??? Ее бы, например, красно-черной сделать...

KH stands for Bad Kreuznach District, which is the district this picture was taken in, so that's likely just a coincidence. But the others definitely are not.
