If I have seen it right our neighbours have a new Twingo.
I think it is an electric car, too but I didn't took a photo.

Update
There was an accident with this car and its totally damaged.
They have a now car but now with reg. plate of the previous owner but I think it will be changed soon.
I'll try to catch both plates for this site
