Nice, Mülheim is definitely one of the nicest cities in the Ruhr area!

Oh really? Honestly I'm not so sure if I come back to Mülheim anytime soon, but I still have some photos to share, will upload those soon. No electric cars though. Two of my coolest finds had no plate though: a mid-1980s Nissan Sunny Traveller (in the centre of the city) that you might know and a Beta HPE at a company called M-Cars.
