The stickers are missing, because its a repeater plate (like for a bike rack). There is (probably) one on the car directly with the seal, but its obscured by the camper, so you need a repeater.

I just saw the discussion in the other thread. That seems to be more probably, since the front is also missing the stickers.

I have seen many camper pickups with repeater plates though.
