You can’t see it clearly on the picture, but the Plateframe is saying „Ramsteinusedcars“ which is an Used Car dealer in Ramstein, selling imports.

Not only the continent! Ramstein is the biggest USAF "construction" outside the USA. KL has over 52000 USians living there because of it.

It's kind of known. As for diplomats, the US government pays for one personnal car per servicemember, which explains the large amount of USDMs that BrcriskDE, Luca or myself spot on D plates, notable from Kaiserlautern (Ramstein AFB), Bitburg (Spangdahlem AFB) or Rota in Spain
