Why doesnt it have the E Plate? lol

E-plates are not mandatory for electric vehicles. The E isn't part of the actual registered combination and as far as I know it isn't even noted in the vehicle documents, which is why people had issues in other countries. So its basically just an add-on that you can choose if you want it or not  :)
Look at all the Tesla's without an E for example  :D

I think that’s stupid. The only reason why it should have an E on it is that the firefighters can see it’s an electric vehicle. Would be good if all those cars needs them..

I think the initial reason for this plate was the introduction of EV-only parking lots (at charging stations), not necessarily firefighters. But this is a good point too.

However these parking rules turned out to be a mess too - there is "Verkehrszeichen 1010-66" that only allows you to park with an E on the plate, then there are "Verkehrszeichen 1050-33" and "Verkehrszeichen 1050-32" that allow you to park if you have an EV regardless of if you have an E or not.
