There are a few signs that makes me believe this is indeed US-Spec: 1) Lack of side indicators (mirror, quarter-panel, etc) that are mandatory in Germany 2) There seems to be a light reverse light just below the license plate (and seems to be aftermarket) 3) Tiny headlight-washers, typical of a change made to pass inspection
(But since I didn't see the car live, I can't say with 100% certainty...)
