I think E is an actual part of the plate compared to the seasonal date of this one (like the french transit plate, numbers doesn't really count as part of the plate)

Armand (2024-09-12 01:13:57)E, H and seasonal are all not a part of the combination. I.e. you can't register AB CD 12 E and AB CD 12 at the same time.
IIRC, it wasn't even written into the registration papers for a while, but drivers got into trouble for this when going abroad so they changed that.
