in the background, driver was very much a #RudeDriver because he was shouting and swearing and other truckers but he was shirt-less and I didn't decide to take a photo of the trailer in front of his truck or his truck because I would probably be threatened

Usually, to take a picture of a truck, I ask the driver's permission, no one has refused yet, and some were even pleasantly surprised that I was paying attention to their truck. Sometimes I see aggressive drivers and avoid them or wait for them to move away from the truck.
