Plates with the code EIH of the former region Eichstätt (the code restoration is not planned) were issued from 1956 to 1979. Since 1979, the code EI has been issued for the region with the same name to this day.

I was at first confused "what region code is EIH.." & my platespotting app didn't help me much, until I actually uploaded it. This may be my rarest spot so far!
