Thanks for the explanation! In the Netherlands a lot of trailers don't have 'personal' plates, so they have the same plate as the pulling vehicle (When the trailer weighs less than 750 kg.)

Plates for Dutch trailers are white when they use the same combination of the pulling vehicle. When they weigh more than 750 kg they have regular Dutch plates (Yellow with euroband) starting with 'W'.

I think it's from Varna  :) In Bucharest the B is bigger and closer to the euroband.
