I saw some of them, yes. That was the reason for me to go to The Hague, to spot the NSS plates

Sudden Change in my plans, JOtter:
I won't go to Holland but to Leipzig, Germany, so the directly other direction.
Since it's in the far east Corner of Germany, I'll probably spot a lot of Polish plates and maybe some other Eastern European rarities

That's a sudden change indeed! But Leipzig is probably more interesting than Zeeland, so it isn't a bad change after all

I think I would have also made some cool spots there, but, as said, I hope to spot Eastern European plates there, which wouldn't be easy in Zeeland.
I missed TWO Belarussians this week.... Would you believe it....
