I've never seen a PA-WN, though many premium cars have PA plates, especially a few years ago.
Kiel plates are uncommon, it's too far away  :)

It's very interesting to spot cars in Freiburg, because there are many plates like FR EE, FR OG, FR ED, FR AU (woman in german), and many others.  :)

I haven't seen any more chess words  :)
Pinneberg is distant too, but I've spotted PI-T, PI-GS and PI-NE. The funniest in Hungary would be PI-NA (c*nt).
