I've seen a couple of German registered test-mules on my commute to Uni, but they haven't been anything particularly special looking (one may have been something like a Nissan Qashqai or similar). I also saw an F-Type S V8 mule back in late 2012 on the M1 near Leicester. Never spotted one, i hope to soon though :)

Nice spot, I've never seen a test vehicle like that here, but I don't know why the would want to bring it to Bulgaria. Maybe to test out how it does on roads with thousands of potholes!
Anyways, interesting that I have the only other LB-XO **** on the site, an old Legacy.

Now there are 11 LB-XO spots :)
It seems like Ludwigsburg is one of the few German district which issues plate series in order.

Nice! It has been a while. I didn't even know there were districts that follow a strict order like that. Are they projected to deplete the series soon? If so will they just start over from LB-A or what?

In KH they issue in a vague alphabetical order too, our trailer which was registered in the early 90s has a KH-DW reg, my old Astra had a KH-HZ reg (2002) and now I was given a KH-SB reg in 2020. However that last one is unusual, as SB is a common combination for initials and stuff, and the standard plates in KH district normally had rather unpopular combinations.

Also if you're place of residence is in the district, you get a KH-XX plate unless you choose otherwise and in the city of Bad Kreuznach, you get a KH-X plate. In MZ district it's said to be the other way round, but I am not sure.
