This one seems familiar... There's a 2CV of the same colour and with relatively recent license plates like this right where I live, entering and exiting the parking basement several times a week - it usually leaves very early in the morning before I get up, so I often miss it, but the characteristic engine sound is easily recognizable, even when half asleep.
I never wrote down the license plate, but I'll try to do it... could be fun if it's the same car.
Oh, and I suspect this photo was shot at the university?
