I'm not entirely sure on what the rules are on that. I have pictures in most places and will happily upload them if it's fine in different locations.

You can have 1 front view and 1 rear view photo of the vehicle in each province /state/region in each country. So for example you can have photos in Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, Karlovy Vary, Prague etc. all at once. In as many countries as you want!
Usually there is a rule that double spots between capitals cities and the region surrounding them are not allowed.
The rules for different countries are explained here, though you'll need to use a translator from Russian. I don't know if there was an English verison.
